I used to think about ketamine but i haven't looked into it since my BPD diagnosis. I'm highly medicated but idk if I have it in me to try and sort it in general.

I'm just so tired.

However, I'm happy for the og Albanian superstar. She has real star power. Not necessarily in acting....but in general. You can't help but be enthralled.

I agree w/above. If she isn't the lead she shines

good for ha

someone came back into my life not long ago and when we started talking about some of the things we'd been through, I thought we had really connected because we both have struggled with depression in adulthood

they told me about their full course of ketamine treatment and rather than being grateful for the opportunity and tell me about its benefits, they treated it like a giant drug trip and wee woo white person experience, such a massive red flag

anyway, I'm all for whatever therapies, traditional and not, work for people to help them overcome trauma and work their way towards becoming better versions of themselves

Mushrooms saved my life

This is awesome and sounds like a very rewarding job

Can you expand on that. I'm trying to get off sertraline and have been thinking about micro dosing but I've never done a single drug before so I'm incredibly hesitant. I'm sickn of being miserable all the damn time though.

Not OP but when i was super depressed i was micro dosing and it helped give me more “space” in my brain to think of alternative ways to think instead of just “i suck and deserve to die” like the options for other ways of thinking emerged and i had to choose them but like that wasn’t an option w/o them for me

For me, it made the things I overthink in my head almost totally goaway, or made it so much easier to push them out of my thoughts, things that would stress me out wouldn’t get the same reaction out of me, it just made everything seem less awful and the worst and opened the door for me to move past things since I wasn’t obsessively having intrusive thoughts so much and finding ways to curb them when they pop up

I thought she was a lot older for some reason, at least late 40s. She's only 2 years older than me... That means she was 18 when she started Buffy when the rest were already well into adulthood. Crazy.

She was actually younger. She had to get emancipated to work on the show.
