Two Would-be Scorsese Pictures Have Been Indefinitely Postponed

Martin Scorsese’s ‘JESUS’ movie and ‘FRANK SINATRA’ biopic have been indefinitely postponed.

There was plans to shoot both movies back-to-back this year but that will no longer happen.

Yeah, my first thought was: if it's DiCaprio as Jesus and DeNiro as Sinatra, he can keep it. I'm still irritated that they were cast in KotFM

I don't think even Scorsese is crazy enough to cast Leo as Jesus. Last reporting said Andrew Garfield was in talks for it.

RIP tho if he doesn’t come thru with authenticity for all woman led gangs or mob bosses movies at least for once in his entire life. They can be Italian or mixed if he can find such talents! Guess that’s unrealistic to him in his world

Man’s a Polanski supporter. I’ve not seen most of his movies, but with this information, I’m not surprised he doesn’t write female characters well. He obviously doesn’t care about girls/women.

Yeah. With his films, I have that "seen one, seen em all" feeling bc he's so meh to me. And if someone doesn't center women, why would I care about their work?
