looking at stuff like this i realize if i was an a-list celeb i would probably dress like utter shit or something super out-of-style just to piss off all these alleged style icons because personal style is fucking subjective

It's interesting cause on one end the skirt was basic (from my memories as a 18 year old in 1999) but then maybe for a work environment it was fashion forward? I think the slightly sheer white top was more ahead of its time for the office if anything.
