These books are so DUMB but they do get kids that are more reluctant to read to want to at least try reading. I’m convinced it’s mostly because of peer pressure since all the kids are reading it. Also we already never have these in my library so I’m not ready for this movie to make kids even more annoyed at us because now they will never be in.

Anyway InvestiGators and Catstronauts are better animal vocation graphic novels!

If DW is gonna do anything, it's adapt a graphic novel. Visually nice though.

It will be interesting to see if this is as successful as the books. They are always checked out at my library. The newest one came out in March, and there are still tons of requests for it.

The author of these books has ADHD and wrote them with kids with ADHD in mind, and for that I will forever be grateful. My nephew has ADHD and autism and he LOVES these books and his teachers and therapists think they've singlehandedly brought his literacy skills to where they should be for his age (8). I sent my sister the trailer tonight to show him and she said he was SO excited, so I'm hyped for him! The animation really captures the style of the books too.
