EMMYS FOR EVERYBODY!!! I ascended several times during this episode! The drama! The writing! THE ACTING!! All the confrontations delivered and while the Harper&Yasmin drama was truly up there (Myha'la and Marisa are on another level), I think the Harper &Eric showdown was my most favorite thing this season.

Still, I'm really heartbroken! 💔 The love/hate relationship between the girls was a driving force and idk how they will ever go back after the vicious words they spat at each other.

And still, two eps to go! These guys have really spoiled me with such a stellar season 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

So everyone forgave Lena Dunham? I started watching this not realizing she was behind it. I have trouble keeping all the white boys straight.

Ahhhh I'm like 3 episodes in and I thought I saw her name in the credits of the second episode.

So many thoughts:

Glad the show wasn't cancelled after the first season. It's grown a lot, both in terms of writing and audience size, and that wouldn't have been possible if it were on Netflix.

Harper locking the door on Sweetpea... Eric Tao, you ARE the father.

I laughed at Rob's jaunty little walk out of the breakroom, and according to this interview, he was high on mushrooms in that scene?? Sir, you are at work.

My current theory is that Ali the Egyptian Nepo Baby is going to save Pierpoint at the last second. He feels like more of a Chekhov's gun than a real character at this point, and I keep waiting for him to do something.

Overall, a great episode. The beginning and ending scenes with Harper and Yas were perfect. I love Harper so much. What an interesting character.
