there are countless books, podcasts, and other resources dedicated to parenting that he could consult. but if he's not interested, his kid is better off seeing less of him.

Ok?? Go to therapy? Take parenting classes? Check out some library books? Help is there if you care enough to look, babe. 💅

Godddddd. I’m so sick of men saying stupid shit to get out of being fathers. Women aren’t magically programmed to become mothers. They make plenty of mistakes. But, at least they TRY. Jfc. What is it with men.

Off topic but vaguely related because of babies…. puppies…

[Spoiler (click to open)] My family recently got a new puppy and I’m concerned... He pooped 2 hours ago, hasn’t had food since, but then recently threw up undigested kibble/brown mush. It was quite a lot for a little guy :( And as I typed this right now he threw up a tiny bit of like a clear-ish/beige liquid. He is acting normal otherwise… what could it be? Do we need to bring him into the vet?

I have never owned a puppy but I would definitely at least consult a vet over the phone about your puppy's symptoms and what to do. Probably also try to keep him hydrated with some kind of electrolytes that are safe for dogs? idk this is just my take.

kind of gross but take pics of his poop/vom for the vet, might be useful if they ask about it
