idk, i get it. i just don't find fantasy or a lot of sci fi (with some exceptions) as intriguing or entertaining as other genres, simply in terms of my own tastes and what i personally find enjoyable. i did get into game of thrones but that was unusual for me.

i've run into people like this in some fandoms where they really can't not look at anything more imaginative than like, every day drama and soaps and it's weird to me and is getting more and more prevalent.
