I thought it was weird, but then read it was for a movie & then thought it made sense. It's for the character, not his personal style. HotD puts a wig on him anyway so he can probably do what he wants with his hair.

I guessed Jim Carrey cause he's not been around and maybe this was a new kooky film look.

Then when I clicked on the reveal I was like OH it's Orlando Bloom. He's looking rough these days but, being Mr. Katy Perry and taking the heat off her with this terrible hair is quite the gentlemanly move I guess.

ONTD eventually reads and OHH it's that ugly guy from that show I don't watch who said that dumb thing I already forgot.
