i feel this tbh. my bfs brother had a gf one time that would let her chihuahua go up to new people entering the house and try to bite them and the gf would just laugh ?? like "oh how cute shes angry"

that dog pissed me off constantly, tg neither of them are no longer around here lol

irresponsible dog owners make me resent their dogs. is that very logical? no but that doesnt change my feelings about dog owners who dont care!

I can’t with people who let their dogs run around without a leash on. Even if it is the best of best dogs something can happen and the animal can get spooked, run away, attack, etc.
