I don't know anything about The Graveyard Book, but I hate how the actions of one man negatively impact so many other people.

I'm still angry and disgusted with him. How hard is it to keep your hands to yourself?

Right here with you. And while I'd have loved to see an adaptation of TGB specifically, shutting it down is the right move.

Yeah, as a former fan I just feel so sick about all of this... it's like, I've contributed to the money and adulation for this guy, and he's turned around and used it to abuse other women.

I'm actually surprised, tbh. I figure they'd just shrug their shoulders and speed run the production

Interesting. I wonder how this will effect Sandman.

I admittedly was not a fan of Gaiman before the news broke, so it's no great loss to me, but I'm hoping they cancel it and Good Omens. I understand it would be a significant loss for the cast and crew, but he is (at minimum) an executive producer for both. His history of paying women (usually with an NDA attached) in an attempt to silence them means I can't support any of his projects continuing, even if it means the cast and crew will have to find new jobs. (I would hope that projects being scrapped because of his behaviour specifically would trigger some contract penalty requiring him to pay everyone out, but I do recognize that such an outcome is very unlikely.)

Additionally, his history of using his proximity to the famous people involved with his projects to try and abuse (or otherwise manipulate) women makes it all the more important that all of his existing projects are dropped and all future ones scrapped.

What little I've heard is horrifying. The man should be thrown into the ocean.
