The Weeknd has officially announced the title for his sixth studio album, Hurry Up Tomorrow“Yesterday was fourteen years ago… we held our breath falling into a shimmering sea in the after hours of the night. Attempted to cleanse the wounds with melodies and lights, a bulletproof bandage to shield what lies beneath,” the text reads

I was just thinking last night The Weeknd needs to do a horror themed album.

i wouldn't say content-wise he's done horror like albums, but certainly the visuals of the last 2 albums were horror adjacent (i mean, they did an entire Halloween Horror Nights maze based off of AFTER HOURS, and he has another maze this year sort of using the trilogy of albums as inspiration).
