Nothing too surprising was in this video tbh, it's obvious that moving up in life is more to do with who you know rather than what you know. If it was about what you know, there wouldn't be so many leaders and CEOs who can't convert a Word document into a PDF.

Right, like anything that a CEO is presenting that is organised, neat and works properly has most likely been made by someone else. Very few of them are capable of doing that admin themselves (or say they "don't have the time" which is a load of bs).
