Qimir was so popular, maybe they can save his character

But I hope Disney reconsiders visiting their story. I really wanted to see a Sith power couple play out on screen.

All these bigoted critics are the same people who rant about the EU/legends, prequels and Rogue One like they’re high art, when they’re bad to middling fare elevated by one or two great moments. I say that as a former Star Wars fan who would like to go back to enjoying the universe for what it is, a solid modern mythology that reflects the anxieties and hopes of the society we live in, rather than a tool for far right assholes, people who love to hate and people who have a weird sense of entitlement and ownership over characters which don’t belong to them.

It's so disturbing how a large share of Star Wars fans will gleefully bully and heavily criticize the POC actors, especially if they're women.
Like, they pretty much made the show DOA because they decided beforehand that it was "too woke," or whatever the fuck. My sister watched it and she actually really enjoyed the show, but she also wasn't surprised at all by the cancellation because the "twue" Star Wars fans are so damn loathsome and aggressively prejudiced.
