in star wars rewatch news, this week was attack of the clones which... look. is it a flawed movie? yes. is it maybe my favourite of the prequels for the nostalgia factor? ... also yes. it's definitely the prequel i've watched the most and i remember watching the geonosis sequence in theatres sooo vividly. so many padme costumes in this one i still love too. anyone who watches it for the first time now must be baffled, but i really do have a soft spot for it.

not related to what's out now, but netflix dropped their fall slate yesterday (i almost made a post but got lazy lol, maybe later) and there's already like 7 on my list i'll at least keep an eye out for, which is like over twice as many netflix movies i watched in the first 8 months of the year. this is how you know awards season is on the horizon, i guess?

I’m probably going to watch A Quiet Place: Day One after tonight’s Big Brother episode. I’m leaving for the long weekend tomorrow morning and my friends and I have already decided we’re going to be watching Cuckoo and Longlegs at some point over the weekend.
