Thank you for this post! I love a walk and talk shot. It's probably one of my favorite ways to frame two characters, especially when there is a shift in their relationship status or the power dynamic.
Learning about film techniques and visual language really deepened my appreciation and Every Frame A Painting was a big part of that early education that flipped a switch in making this accessible. I'm so glad they're back.
I had a brief stint working at a film school and the best part of that experience was getting to talk to faculty who've worked in the biz and sitting in on Q&A screenings with filmmakers. (Too bad everything else was pretty much a shitshow.)
