I'll be watching General Hospital, because the OG Lucky is back! I just found out today. Haven't watched in over 5 years, so I'm going to be very lost.

I mean, with a soap I think you can always pick up on things pretty quickly lol. But I watch it and so does setsuna16, so I'm sure we could fill you in on anything if you need.

kinda glad for the new writers, the show hasn't been this chaotic melodramatic in fucking years and i'm living for it. plus they brought ric lansing back woof drama galore lmao

and you didn't miss much in the past five years to be honest. picked a good time to come back to it

I'm on episode 9 of Homicide Life on the Street

There's over 100 episodes. I have so much left 😫 I'm enjoying it tho. Idk when it gripped me but I'm there now.

Watched Nope last night. Should have watched it sooner it was very good.

Homicide Life on the Street was my dad's all-time favorite TV show. I've thought about starting it now that it's available on streaming.

A lot of people blew off Nope but I really liked it. My theory about what they were trying to say is that [Spoiler (click to open)]people who see animals/the aliens as commodities to be exploited paid for that in the end, and approaching animals/the aliens by trying to understand them on their level is what worked.

TBH mostly just watching movies this week. I think I've given up on Mayfair Witches after two episodes because whoever is in charge of the overarching Anne Rice universe at AMC needs to fire those showrunners, the show is such a terrible quality compared to IWTV and it doesn't have to be, it's like they don't even give a shit about the source material/don't actually understand it. It's so weird.

I'm rewatching Dexter, but eh, it's not something I'm wanting to binge. Futurama on Sunday nights. I haven't really had anything lately that I've found and wanted to watch every single episode until 5 AM.

TW for illegal streaming [Spoiler (click to open)]but Longlegs is available now.

I've said this here before but it's wild to me how much they improved on a mid book (IWTV) and obliterated a genuinely good book in Mayfair Witches

IWTV needs to send one of their writers to Mayfair Witches and replace the showrunners. Even the most meh of IWTV episodes (which I couldn't name which one is the meh-ist LOL) is better than any Mayfair Witches episode.

I wonder how bad season 2 is going to be.

This is a non-answer answer but I saw Paramount+ is on sales for like $5/mo if you pay for a year upfront, but their library looks pretty boring.

Am I missing something that makes it worth it? I loved the two seasons of Evil that have made it to Netflix, but that's the main draw.

Otherwise, I just watched A Murder at the End of the World and it only made me miss the OA.

My dad has Paramount+ and I could easily ask for his password, but I don't bother.

Paramount+ has Star Trek!!!

But lol if you don't like Trek then... no.

Unless you're a Trek fan, not really. I had it for a bit and outside of that I never caught anything that looked interesting.
