Twigs reminds me of the Bene Gesserit in Lynch's version of Dune. Bill looks very different. I read somewhere that his training regimen for the movie meant he lost a lot of weight. But his eyes look different, like he had undereye filler. His protruding eyes and low brow are his defining features. I dunno. He just looks different. I thought it was Austin Butler in the first photo.
