A very wholesome outing as Ben is in the midst of a divorce from Jennifer Lopez:

Ben and Jen were spotted in New Haven, CT, as their daughter Violet will be a freshman at Yale. They have been helping her move in.

They were "putting up a united front."

the one nice thing i can say is that violet seems cool and it does seem like jen and ben have prioritized co-parenting and it was nice that jlo and ben both seemed into being step-parents to the other's kids. i hope all the kids are rolling with the changes as well as they can.
