Is this necessary?

Australians can't speak American! /s

(By the same logic as this version existing, though, was an American remake of a British show necessary? It still performed very well and made NBC a shit ton of money. Necessary? No. Money maker? Possibly. And you know when execs anywhere in the world hear the word money...)

Some of them really can't.

I watched Farscape as a kid, I can understand Australian accents way better than some UK ones at this point LMAO. But I'm weird.

Then again, I know the other way around might not be easy, but it's not like The Office took place in Alabama.

I haven't watched very many Australian comedies aside from Kath & Kim (and youtube clips of Big Girl's Blouse), but I'll take a chance on this, sure why not.

Fuck Prime Video for the sole fact it being part of Amazon, tbh.

Unless it's one of the four or five shows Bezos likes it will be canceled after one season, too.

The only Aussie comedy I've watched is Taskmaster Australia, which is pretty good. But this? Eh.

I like learning a bit about the office culture in different countries. This might not be that great, but could be mildly entertaining.

If you have access to them, check out Fisk (set in a suburban law office and very deadpan Australian humour) and Utopia (set in a public service office - and as a Federal public servant I find it painfully realistic - and made by the guys who made The Castle, probably our greatest ever film).

I love Fisk! Never seen Utopia though. I'll have to look it up.

They have Kitty Flanagan in common so you'll probably enjoy Utopia
