He's def desperate but I made a post a while back where he even thought she was a republican and now he's bringing her up again. Taylor can only blame herself for conservatives thinking she's one of the them.

That said, if she was smart she'd take this as a good opportunity to shut it down and it would score some easy PR points.

But idk if she will or maybe she'll do it at a later date. She's got the recent Polish concert incident as a excuse to be quiet~ although I heard people say did a pap walk coming out of a party a few days ago so idk.

Yeah I forgot to mention this in the other post about Swifties for Trump, but because Taylor only spoke up politically when she thought her career was under threat and then went back to silence when she went back to the top, I’ve seen Republicans who are convinced that she’s one of them, that she was bullied into speaking up politically because of woke trying to cancel her or something, and she didn’t mean any of it. I can’t blame anyone for thinking that when she stopped speaking up as soon as she felt she didn’t have to for her career again

Yeah she only spoke up because Kim knocked her so bad, people calling her out during 1989 for using feminism for promo while not saying anything during the elections and then the fallout from the elections. Her brand took a huge hit and got a lot of criticism so she went into PR mode but the minute the criticism died down she went right back to her BS.

Funny how she’s so concerned about the 💰 and being adored that she’s not realizing that she’d be left alone if she did lol. Like her already overfilled bag would be fine if she did but she can’t stand being not been America’s golly gee sweetheart across all of the political spectrum. yeah, in the short term some of those Republican fans of hers might buy just one copy of her album vs all 70+ variants (before coming back to her anyway because they're not going to have a brat summer or listen to Chappell Roan or Billie Eilish sing about eating girls out), but in the long term it would be better for her image and for her legacy to help stop Trump. but i don't think she's thinking long term right now, she's been flying a little too close to the sun recently. i think she's going to wait until the last possible minute and if Harris is ahead in the polls she'll make some weak statement on Instagram and then the media will give her all the credit for saving democracy or whatever. if Trump is ahead in the polls she might not say anything at all
