I definitely think it made Monica less annoying tbh lmao She was my least favorite friend and he was my favorite, so I warmed up to her 🤣🤣🤣🤣

I dont know if it was necessarily them getting together because I think they all sort of became caricatures of themselves in later seasons, but I think Monica and Joey had it the worst. It was like they didnt know what to do once she got to where she wanted to be work wise and with her love life

Oh, it was the complete opposite for me. I'd gone from ambivalence to Ross/Rachel to really finding the will they/won't they absolutely a buzz kill, so Monica/Chandler was such a joy in comparison. Their relationship looked so healthy across the seasons as opposed to the Ross/Rachel mess we were supposed to root for

imo none of the Friends should have been coupled up and instead just remained friends. But I guess that's what Seinfeld was.
