I couldn't care less about Blake Lively, but the initial "Congrats on your little bump" wasn't cool either. I find that a highly irritating comment to be made by the interviewer. If Lively had talked about her pregnancy shortly before the interview, when a comment would make sense & might be appreciated, then say exactly what you mean: "Congrats on your pregnancy". The snappy clapback was uncalled-for, but the interviewer should also reconsider what she says to strangers in a professional setting.

Blake publicly announced her pregnancy in a magazine, are you being for real? The interviewer, iirc, doesn’t even speak English as her first language. what she said amounted to congrats on your pregnancy and Blake turned around and said congrats to you for being fat.

English is also not my first language, and I find the "little bump" comment quite rude because it focuses on the visuals of a body and sounds somewhat sarcastic to me. I get that the interviewer wanted to be nice, but as I said, why not directly name what you actually want to congratulate? I'm not excusing Blake, though.

Yeah some of yall are doing too much. People talk about their baby bump all the time - and nothing about the way the interviewer said it came across as sarcastic or mean spirited, unlike the response she received from the women in front of her

I love how she held onto this interview for the perfect moment to release it. Revenge is a dish best served cold

I want this PR firm to have a hate-off with Kendrick Lamar. ONTD nominates two assholes (corporations are people too), firm and Lamar are each assigned one, and see who gets ripped apart more thoroughly. No matter which one loses, we win.

Doesn't really go with the tone of this post but it has to be posted

Thank you for reminding me of this interview in the last post.

She says she would welcome an apology, but doesn't expect for it to happen.

This is why you don't participate in workplace mobbing.

If everyone besides Justin Baldoni had pretended to be a professional, this would have stayed online and not penetrated the real world.
