Are you ready to match Tinashe's freak?

The "Nasty" singer just dropped her seventh studio album, Quantum Baby, via her independent label Tinashe Music and Nice Life Recording Company.

Pitchfork gave it a 7.9/10.

I'm already several vodka sodas deep while my bf is at work and my horny ass does NOT need to click play. But fuck it let's gooooo

EDIT: I listened and... wtf was that? Idk what club Pitchfork is talking about but I'm assuming it's the kinda club where people collect around the corners of the dance floor hugging their drink (the one they're chugging before leaving for a better club).

The first four tracks are yawn-inducing. She'd have been better off releasing the back half as a standalone EP. Other than Nasty, the whole project feels like SZA and PinkPantheress collabed while on melatonin.

although i didn't particularly enjoy nasty, the score piqued my curiosity, so perhaps i'll give the new album a listen

It always feels like something is missing when a Tinashe post isn't by @iigoru... and the last one was kinda long ago in February, I hope they're alright.
