You beat me to it, OP! Some people online are speculating that [banned source] dropped their exclusive story at a weird time (late yesterday evening/early yesterday night, same day as the wedding) after a poster over on r/DuggarsSnark uncovered the marriage license and posted it there.

yeah, dropping it late on a thursday basically immediately after the wedding happened makes me think they moved up the publishing time a bit.

i wonder if she posted that picture with the engagement ring visible intentionally or not (assuming you saw that too lol). on one hand, the article makes it sound like she was really relieved she was getting married so maybe she wanted to show it off a bit. on the other, i don’t think there would have been any speculation about an imminent jana marriage if she hadn’t posted that.

I guess she saw her chance to flee her parents and took it. Reminds me of my ex-best friend (we drifted apart a few years back) coming out as a lesbian then suddenly marrying her ex-boyfriend she dumped 10 years earlier seemingly to get out of her parents' house without raising suspicions from her nosey neighbors/relatives/tiny hometown. They're still together, but they moved across the country.
