You don’t mess round with a back injury. I messed up my back getting up from the sofa the wrong way. I was in agony for weeks.

As for the kissing, that is why intimacy coordinators are so important.

Apparently both Baldoni and Lively talked about how important it was having an intimacy coordinator.

"It was so important to have them on set - not just so that we could all feel safe, but because they were also incredible collaborators with wonderful ideas that really elevated the film," said Baldoni, 40.

"... Having them on set and always in my eye line was invaluable because at any point I could look to one of them for a thumbs up, or we’d work on another approach together," said Baldoni. "They were such an important and integral part of our process."

Lively: "You coordinate stunts, you coordinate dancing. It is choreography. So to be able to say 'This is what happens here, here and here' in a stunt, and 'This is what happens here, here and here' in a dance, but 'Now you guys just go put your bodies together and your mouths and whatever, and action and cut,' that's ridiculous. I think that being choreographed is critical for everyone's safety."Reply

I would think it's more likely to be his. The back thing makes her look stupid for jumping to conclusions while exonerating him, and in turns puts a more generally sympathetic light on him that people can then take to the 'did he kiss her too long' issue which is pretty subjective to begin with

I think the back issue is fine cause I know my mom had back surgery years and always has to watch out when it comes lifting stuff cause it could re-trigger an issue so I get that.

The kissing thing idk. Had she come out with that earlier I might’ve taken her side more seriously. Because it’s clear there’s a media war she’s been planting all throughout that doesn’t reflect good on her and muddled the waters.
