Lugner might have seemed like an absolute clown a lot of the time, but he was a clever business man (never a billionaire though, I think he leaves assets of about 320mio EUR). I'd be extremely suprised if they hadn't had a lot of sit-downs with the family. He even planned his own funeral to the minute.

The cinema has already been handed over to his daughter, his sons have had control over the construction business for decades and a few weeks ago he said in an interview that he wanted his wife to take over managing the shopping centre once he was unable to do so (she actually does have the background to be able to). I'm guessing ownership will be split, but there will be something of a 'job for life' clause. Some of his ex-girlfriends are still working in the mall, he was rather supportive this way.
