This show has THE best dialogue in the background. I even hesitate to call some of it background dialogue, because it's usually so illuminating/hilarious.

Also think the score/soundtrack is fabulous.

The sound editing and mixing is also great. The constant buzzing of silenced cell phones really stresses me out.

I'm honestly surprised that people think Harper is the lead of the show because she and Yasmin always seemed like coleads to me. They are always front and center on the posters and we see a relatively equal spread of their home and work lives.

I think it's partially because the series literally starts with Harper's interview, coupled with Harper being the more aggressive character pushing a lot of the plot momentum. Yasmin is clearly her counterpart/opposite in terms of passivity and privilege, while they both deal with sexism in the industry, but I've always thought of her as a co-lead too.

That's fair. I think the show starting with Harper and ending with her and some of the way she's centered in promo had sort of enforced that in my mind, but yeah, she and Jas are co-leads.

I do sort of miss the more ensemble way I thought it would go in S1, but maybe it's just that I miss David Jonsson being more in the mix.

I watched two episodes and am already enjoying it so much more than Succession (because someone sold it here as Shit You Don't Understand with Terrible People UK version).
