I do not see the Britney/Sydney Sweeney resemblance. They do look alike in this particular photo, but most of the time they don't, and their body language is totally different.

"Sweeney knows the struggle of how someone is portrayed to the media can be completely different to who she actually is."

I don't see it either and not just in terms of resemblance but personality. Sydney doesn't have anywhere near the charm or charisma of Britney, especially at the height of her career.

Sydney also has a pretty monotone, nasalish voice that she can make super screechy or breathy, but not the perk and cheer that Britney might’ve been faking but it was still very present.

She can't dance. That's one of the main things. I don't care if they can't sing bc Brit's vocals should be the only vocals used but dancing is a must.

I would be GAGGED if Xtina played Madonna but Brit still has one sided beef with her so that won't happend unfortunately

I doubt there's going to be long sequences, but it'd be hard to get away with a biopic about the biggest pop star of her generation without some performance footage. they're going to need someone who can at least fake it
