I didn't know what hammer throwing was but now that Canada has won Gold in both I'm like "YES, HAMMER COUNTRY!"

I watched a bit of track and tbh it seems insane. When you have to get to 5/1000ths of a second what are you even doing? All these people are fucking fast.

I don't really enjoy speed climbing, but I like the other type of climbing.

Same bouldering is so fun because of the problem solving aspect. Lead is also a lot of fun. Speed is… fine.
