I used to get him confushed with Fincher. Isn't one of them abusive to his actors?

Folks speak very highly of working with Lynch, so not him.

david fincher is notorious for doing a ton of takes and being somewhat difficult. lynch is kooky but he's had a ton of actors work with him over and over again over the decades.

Neither. Fincher is known for being picky and doing multiple takes for scenes but he's far from abusive.

This king. I'm very sorry for his diagnosis.

I've found as a healthcare worker that overall my patients with the worst quality of life are the lifelong smokers. Once your lungs are compromised, it just affects everything. It's like a daily PSA for me.

So glad I finally quit smoking 6-7 years ago. I saw the future and was like "not I!"

Can I ask how long you smoked and how you finally quit? My brother has been smoking for over 25 years and I worry about his health.

This is so sad, but he has such an incredible oeuvre and The Return is truly his masterpiece and the perfect endpoint to a stellar career. I hope that he can make more art in other forms at least; I love his paintings.
