I feel bad for celebs when things like this happen cos I get wanting to be vague for privacy, but it does result in people thinking it's worse than it is.

Either way, glad he seems to be healthy and it did seem to be minor.

Yeah my guess is heat stroke. Shits hot out here in the peninsula and it looks to me, who saw a lot more seriously sunburnt people in Porto over the weekend than I expected, that people on holiday in foreign countries just forget the sun can be harmful.

Absolutely! People don't realize they're sweating when they're in the water and usually aren't drinking water to replace what they're losing as a result.

I'm a swimmer and I make sure I always have a bottle of water at the side of the pool and take sips every few laps. I'm prone to fainting and dehydration as it is (I might have POTS) so I'm extra careful.
