I'm definitely interested in watching, I just hope he manages to not insert his weird Bruce/Babs agenda in this cartoon too.

The fan reviews for this are the biggest 180° turn I've seen since RBattz. Clips I've seen make it seem incredible and well-written, and I'm a die-hard Marvel fan. Glad I can give the finger to HBO and check this out today.

Also I don't understand the OP saying Bruce Timm turned down Batman Beyond when he was a driving force; I think some wires got crossed.

I didnt say he turned down Batman Beyond. I said he turned down a Teenaged Bruce Wayne as Batman series and that turned into Batman Beyond.

Ugh. On the one hand, this man is a legend for good reason and I'm sure it's great. His handling of Bruce, Gotham as not a place but a character, and the Batfamily is pretty much unmatched.

On the other hand he's the captain of the Babs/Bruce agenda and I hate that for me, and my eyeballs, on a personal level.
