My nose is big and crooked and I used to want a nose job but as I got older the less I cared, and the more I became worried about surgical complications. She's fucking beautiful.

That's sort of my feeling on plastic surgery - if I am going to get anything, I am going to make sure I have more than enough to pay for the best doctors and plenty of time off to make sure I am recovering as best as I can.

Same here. I hated my nose in my early 20s but now I'm glad I didn't change it, because it's reflective of my heritage and fits my face! I love seeing bigger noses appreciated as beautiful!!!

I hated mine growing up, but now I realize I shouldn't take photos so close to my face

I'm glad she didn't. I love her nose.

I was in drama school as a kid and they had alumni come back to talk to us and one time this successful theatre actress came and was like "Yeah, the first thing my agent told me was if I wanted to work in TV or film I have to get a nose job so I only do theatre". She was a white girl with a small nose, it just wasn't a ski slope button nose. LOL that's when I knew it was over for me and my honker.

Her nose makes her stand out and look memorable. I don't think she would have landed more roles with a slimmer nose.

I think Hollywood (at least on the TV side) is moving away from the bombshell requirements for women. More and more unique/average looking women with strong acting skills are being casted over pretty but stiff actresses.

Not at all surprising that she was told that, but I'm glad she didn't! I'm also (partially) Lebanese and Italian and I'm gradually learning to love my 'strong' nose, so I appreciate this. <3
