I never felt so old till I watched this movies lol so many ppl in theaters didn’t get some of the jokes n cameos. But it was an enjoyable film

The rotten tomatoes score vs the metacritic score seem glaringly off for this movie lol
My guess is that it’s extremely mediocre but RT has given any average review of it a fresh rating?

I am more of a Taylor enjoyer than most on ontd, but I will say the fact that she went out of her way to promote this movie (even posting a link to tickets ffs) when it’s bound to make close to 200 mill opening weekend with or without her help, all the while staying completely silent on extremely important issues, has really pissed me off. I’m BEC with RR and that is likely contributing to this feeling but still.

rotten tomatoes is interesting bc you could give the movie a B+ as a critic and tell RT you consider it rotten, or give the movie a C- and still call it fresh idk

metacritic is a lot more accurate/harsh lol
