The times covers trad wife, ballerina farm, backfiring on her

Eight children, one husband, hundreds of acres beneath the enormous skies of the American west - and millions of social media followers. I spent the day with "trad wife" Hannah Neeleman, or Ballerina Farm, to figure out what all the fuss was about https://t.co/FapSYfq8id

>. Since Daniel wanted to live in a farm on the great western wilds and doesn’t believe in nannies or additional help

What a piece of shit husband. He clearly gets outside help with the farm, but doesn't "believe" his wife deserves any assistance.

Why do tradwife try their damn hardest to maximize their own suffering?

There are unfortunately a lot of religious people who equate their own personal suffering with righteousness (rather than, you know, actually doing good things for the world).

I read the article and it's so obvious that she doesn't want any more kids, but he does. That poor girl and her body 😢

literally just read a post on reddit about how a husband with enough money to support the family wont let his wife quit a job she hates to be a sahm because he wants to be with a "woman that works".

he works from home on the computer. shes a waitress.

I said this in the other post but both she and her husband come from very large Mormon families. She is from a family of nine, he is from a family of ten. Going to Julliard was probably her one shot at diverging from the traditional Mormon upbringing she had but she met this dude and they just recreated the environment they grew up in.

Are we 2 of maybe 15 people who watched? Season 2 was such an upgrade from 1 but the finale was mehhhhhh. If there is a season 3 I hope they figure out a better "ending"

I think I'm on season 2 (Bunny? That dude calling the woman 'Seattle' all the time instead of using her name?) and I'm sure there's a half a dozen of us!

I could not keep track of most of their names without a guide but I think you are referring to Stacy basically leading Crystal on. She wasn’t perfect but she deserved so much better. I was so happy when she didn’t show up in the last episode and basically just sent him a text 😂😂😂

i definitely don't mind content that's showing what a lie/grift a "tradwife" lifestyle is but in seeing snippets of this and the reaction online, i do worry about this woman's safety and how mad her husband is going to be at her

Right? Like the reporter leaving the bit in about her getting an epidural while her husband wasn’t around…I’m genuinely scared of what’s gonna happen to her now that he found that out in such a public way.
