In today’s unsurprising news, Netflix has confirmed that season 4 of Bridgerton will focus on Benedict. His book, An Offer From a Gentleman, was book 3, but the showrunners swapped the order. OP can’t wait

I’m excited! They basically had to do Benny’s season next because as much I love Luke T if they didn’t film his season for another 4 years he would be looking ancient lol

Upon re-watching season 3, I think I enjoyed it a lot more than I originally thought. I sure hope Luke N has the opportunity to grow his hair out for S4 and he isn’t stuck with that god awful wig again lol I said it in another post but I thought he was super cute with his curls and then the wig reshoots…. Yikes. They did him beyond dirty with that wig.

I loved this past season but his wig was godawful. I don’t have too much experience with them, but I wondered if they’re more difficult to do for men or something lol. The curls were so good and that wig was so bad

I feel like it was a different colour than his actual hair, and couldn’t they have at least have tried to curl it? It just looked so Lego like and odd. It was beyond easy to tell what scenes were re-shoots because of it.

I remember Luke saying in an interview that the internet accused him of getting Botox because the wig basically pulled his face back into a mini face lift lmao

I read that the wigs take months to prepare - I wonder if the reshoot schedule was really tight and they didn’t anticipate Luke having cut his hair or something. But even in the scenes where they got it to look not quite as terrible, it’s still obvious it’s a wig because he has the Botox look lol

But Benedict? Bring it on!! I find Luke T so endearing.

tbf I was in the exact same spot as you before watching this season and came out of it wanting to see more Pen and Colin and less Benedict (he does feature a lot in this season, but I don't get why the showrunners focused so heavily on him and less on the actual main couple, sex-scene-wise).

Yeah,it was a strange choice and found it so jarring. The Benedict threesome scenes felt like they went on for days. I'll laugh if they cut to another characters' sex scenes next season.
