I just started this book, I’ve never read Miéville so will see how it goes. But this seems very much like something Keanu would help write.

Not needed, but he's already made four John Wick movies, so there's def a huge audience for hyper violence.
I don't know how many will actually pick up a book, but it has the potential for success. And there's probably already some studios keeping tabs on how this turns out to nab it for a future.

I'd rather have an animated Superman for all Seasons

Ugh, isn't Mieville a missing stair or something? I vaguely remember something akin to the recent scandal with Gaiman coming out about him a few years back.
