Yesterday it was announced that Tom Sandoval was suing his ex girlfriend Ariana Madix, you know, the one he cheated on with her friend (Rachel Leviss). The backlash was immediate and swift - and today he announced that the lawsuit is being dropped and that he fired his attorney for ""misleading"" him.

Yeah Rachel is the only one who should be suing anyone. And I hope she wins. I can't stand her but it's disgusting and criminal that Sandoval recorded her. Same for Adriana sharing the video. I don't care that she was you're friend and cheated with your partner.

well, ariana maintains that she didn't share the video with anyone besides sending the video to rachel herself and she submitted her phone to a forensics team which apparently supported that claim. the video has never surfaced or been leaked anywhere which if it was shared around i think it definitely would have popped up.

tom is the only one who should be getting sued by rachel here because he did record her without her consent.

yeah, i think its important to note that she is refuting and fighting this! unfortunately, it looks like its heading to trial next year so we'll start to learn more in the discovery phase over the coming months i guess.
