[Spoiler (click to open)]They finally gave some screentime to Kazuto and Usak! Kazuto got so much attention from the cast (as he should & deserves) in these episodes. He gives out such cute boy next door vibes and he's honest and hardworking which I think makes him really attractive to the cast. I shouldn't have tried looking him up on social media though, because now there are people talking about his AV past which honestly shocked me. He must have been really young when he did those AVs

When I think about it I shudder because he was allegedly 18 when he did them, which is fucked up if you think of all those producers taking advantage of him that young. I think he must have struggled financially after choosing to leave his town and not take over his father's rice farm. But it's still commendable that he was able to carve out a nice career for himself as a chef now. There are screenshots of his videos flying around on twitter, so tread carefully if you're trying to engage with others on that platform

I just started episode 7 (I really should be sleeping now, lol) [Spoiler (click to open)] and he makes me think of a pampered house cat. Everything needs to be on his terms and you need to be able read his mind while he doesn't consider your feelings at all. You want to cuddle and show him love/affections? He not only doesn't want to be touched, he runs as far away from you as possible. Oh, you're just living your life and indifferent to his existence? He'll come over to get your attention in the most in-your-face way as possible like sitting on you or nuzzling you, but as soon as you start to reciprocate, he'll act like it's the biggest offence and go back to icing you out.
It's funny because Dai has been giving me fboy vibes since ep2. It's wild Shun is the one who's the most toxic and judgmental at Dai for not being emo enough for him, lol.
[Spoiler] The reign of Kazuto started of so well, but why for the love of god didn't he choose Usak ;_;?? We could have had it aaaallll! It could've been a storyline for the ages. Usak lowkey stole my heart, he seemed like a gentle soul. His insecurities got the best of him, but I was happy he got to share his feelings. Wish he stayed until he at least got an answer from Kazuto, but alas. That drawing tho <3.
Done with Shun and Dai, I find Shun to be quite toxic. You can see where it's coming from, but yeah, it's not good.
Gensei is a cutie. I don't think Ryota is interested in him, but that's his loss.
Please let the reign of Taehoon begin! That man is way too fine to get no screen time.
[Spoiler (click to open)]my thought process with regards to kazuto choosing alan over usak was that maybe he was a) being fair to alan because he expressed his feelings before usak and ryota and/or b) felt unworthy of usak's attention and wasn't confident enough to choose him. it could obviously be editing, combined with projection as a viewer, but to me it seemed like he was having a breakthrough about usak at the end of their shift together and was genuinely upset when he realized he had no time left to see those feelings through.
