As somebody who digitally hoards, 1TB doesn't seem to be a lot? I guess they could all be unreleased top secret sketches or something, but if they're supposed to be animation projects it doesn't seem to be that much?

This also reminds me I need another 5TB external hard drive, but money.

They mention "data" on unreleased projects, but it sounds mostly like a lot of HR and business stuff?

i mean its just slack, while you can share files im sure it would just be smaller docs and theyd use a diff file sharing tool or just a shared network drive to share the art/animation etc. 3D CAD file sizes for whole animated movies? yeahhhhh thats gonna be huge file sizes i would be doing shared network drive not slack.

by data it just sounds like word docs, pdfs, smaller excel sheets, quick photos, etc. and conversational data about projects. if im working on a project under NDA and im talking about that project on slack, that would count as project data no? like id prob share files with someone to be like hey wanna review this contract before i send out for sigs on docusign?

Also if you're in Slack, you're sharing files including WIPs, ideas, "Oh what comes first, Avenging Grandma or Blade II?" "AG", and that gives away information we're not supposed to be privy to yet.
