i would watch anna chancellor in literally anything. she's also great in the bbc series the hour (might be my favourite role of hers) if anyone is looking for more recs lol

Who does Jane remind me of? Honestly she could be the daughter of someone.

I like her face she’s very leading female character material where it’s beautiful but not distractingly so (I swear this is not shade)

I need more of this show asap! And Guildford and Jane ("you married me for my brain?!") - honestly a better couple than the Bridgerton pairs, definitely more in the vein of Galavant. Soundtrack is also a lot of fun.

Love a man who gets turned on by his wife's combat proficiency lol. But really, I do love a couple - especially in period romance - where they take turns saving one another rather than the guy doing all the saving, and then their chemistry is fantastic.

Also just realized all the men in the show are absolute simps for the powerful women they're in love with. And any men that aren't get murked lol.
