I watched bits of Jensen’s interview with police and you could tell this really shook him. And now seeing that there were live rounds in both his and Alec Baldwin’s prop guns… like what IF they had been filming a shoot out scene? Like if I was conspiracy minded, I’d say someone did it on purpose.

But Jensen DOES seem knowledgeable about guns and i wouldn’t be shocked considering a chunk of his career has featured him holding some kind of fireable weapon. In the interview video when he was like WHO brought live rounds into my set. You could just tell how angry he was.

It is insane that Jensen’s holster has live rounds too. Such an egregious breach of safety protocols on that set. One death is one too many but to think that there could have been more?

I watched his interview with the police as well and he seemed very knowledgeable about guns and safety procedures on set regarding them thanks to his time on supernatural. I don’t blame him for being upset because the scene being rehearsed was one where he was supposed to get shot. That’s enough to shake anybody up. I can’t imagine having to process those feelings

Whoever taught and trained Jensen with weapons is a star because even tho he’s supposed to be able to trust the props people he said he checks his own on set.

I’d like to say that maybe this will change things in the industry but I doubt it.

Wonder how this info would have changed the Gutierrez sentence.

I think they had it. There’s video of Jensen’s interview with police from the day it happened online. But reading it all out now, it REALLY seems like it wasn’t *just* an accident. Maybe I’m conspiracy brain on it, but live rounds in both Jensen and Alec’s prop guns?

Once live rounds were on set and being carelessly kept hanging around with the level of negligence that's been on show, it wouldn't taken intent for them to have wound up in multiple guns. Especially if they were being prepped at the same time from the same stash of ammo

jfc. What the hell is going through these dumbasses heads having live ammo in a prop cart?! Or in general.

Not blaming Jensen (as of now, who knows if he was part of it), just Alec and gun people that I can't remember the name of. It's almost like they want something horrific like this to happen.

I am so tired of guns and gun violence and thoughts and prayers.

Jensen was REALLY angry about the lack of care regarding live rounds in the set. He talked about checking his prop gun before scenes - like even checking them multiple times a day.

I’ve seen some people say that they think that some of the actors probably went shooting inbetween shots. But that doesn’t explain how live rounds were everywhere they weren’t supposed to be.

Good for him then, he seems to be the only one that cared. There has to be a smarter, less dangerous way to do shooting scenes. I don't care if the CGI is bad, I'd rather it be that than what happened to Halyna and Brandon Lee.

I just realized the good for him then part sounded sarcastic, but it's not! I really am glad he did that.

guns are used in almost every supernatural episode, ofc jensen ackles would be knowledgable about it, i'm glad he was mad! but then so did alec baldwin for other previous work but he clearly doesn't give a fuck about safet, just saving money and his own ass even though someone DIED.
