I stopped watching Criminal Minds before it ended cos I was just so sick of it but I decided to try the new streaming seasons and yup I'm still sick of it but will probably keep watching but I will not go back and watch the seasons I missed.

I stopped watching the original at around season 8 or 9 and started Evolution last year without catching up with what I missed either. There's really no need, you can even start Evolution without watching any of the previous episodes.
