my ancient ass grew up on EW back in the day, back when it was fucking great. i had a ton of subs for various random magazines that were like a dollar for a year or some shit, damn what a waste of paper looking back

i do miss holding a physical mag and shuffling through it without it being 90% ads (i did have a short-run sub of vogue and shut that down quick, just ad on top of ad)

The ads were always my favorite part of Vogue bc I loved the photography/styling and they were great for collages lmao

I was so obsessed with magazines as a teen, every week/two weeks I would buy every glossy women's mag and all the tabloids. I really used to think I was gonna be a beauty editor for Glamour and live my best Carrie Bradshaw life.

I had no idea this digital magazine even existed, hope all the staff find new jobs soon :/
