For me they work a noticeable but not mind-blowing amount for exactly 1 day lol. Also you’re supposed to lie down while wearing them which these celebs never do

I also believed to not see any difference but once I somehow managed to apply them and get a small air bubble under one which I did not notice until I took them off... and you could clearly notice the difference on my skin.

Those eye patches also don't do shit. They're a goodie and add some wellness factor but that's about it, apart from the massive waste. A good skincare routine and enough sleep is way better.

Congrat on first post.

Tyra Banks mentioned on her show once that she learned from Naomi Campbell to dab a bit of oil on the skin under your eyes to prevent/reduce eye bags/puffy eyes when you don't have enough sleep.

I tend to have insomnia. I have been diligently dabbing a bit of coconut oil or olive oil under the eyes and use the left over on my fingertip to message around the laugh lines and my face, san the forehead.

I have been doing this for more than a decade.

Don't know if it helps but at least the oil tricks my oil face to stop overproducing oil.
