I knew he was talking about Glenn before I clicked the cut and I didnt even watch the show. I feel like the show started losing momentum when that happen.

It was traumatizing as fuck for me and I didn’t even make it through the whole torture porn process of his murder. I had to stop the show. I never watched again after that. So yeah… saying it was “a little much” is a bit of an understatement for me.

they wanted a water cooler moment, but they got (at least in my friend group) everyone dropping this show like a hot potato. it was bad before, but it was horribly executed. and jdm is a void of charisma the moment he stepped on the show, it was doomed.

Everyone I know bailed on the show either at this point or when Carl died. My sister said “it was just too bleak. Like there was no hope left.” And I figure a lot of people felt that way? Glenn and Carl, respectively, represented something that couldn’t be recreated after their deaths
