I saw Furiosa which paled in comparison to Fury Road but was still an enjoyable movie. No one does car chases like George Miller. You can actually see all the action and it's so much stuff happening in such a tight confined space.

The stowaway sequence was my fave because allegiances kept shifting and everyone kept getting new info but working through it so they didn't DIE.

In my country, For 4 days a ticket cost 5 euros to celebrate the cinema
I went to watch a quiet place, nice experience and this was clearly Lupita's movie

The Horizon trailer made everyone go 🙄🙄🙄 at the cinema this week 😅. All this AN AMERICAN SAGA is so cringe and I had no idea it is supposed to be 4 chapters, 3 hours each! Just make it a tv show

AN AMERICAN SAGA

This is what gets me! He’s been supportive of the indigenous/Native Americans but to a certain point. I don’t know if that’s what you were referencing but I took this “saga” with a grain of salt til the trailers dropped. Even in interviews, it’s like he’s *almost* there in calling out the “American dream.”

Even though it’s probs visually beautiful on the big screen I may wait til streaming.

They dropped the Chapter part of the title here so I thought the „saga“ part was implying how amazing „amurica“ is. Also found it a little weird how the Native Americans didn’t get to talk once in the trailer. They came off as props in the background

Also found it a little weird how the Native Americans didn’t get to talk once in the trailer. yesss!!! Dances with Wolves is ultimately about a white man and as a white woman I'm not going to speak about it’s Native American portrayal but from what I’ve read it was positively received and I appreciated that Costner wanted to be as accurate as possible but that was 30 years ago! He could have used his stature for more and yet that trailer….

I knew basically nothing about Kinds of Kindness before watching it so I was surprised to learn it’s 3 short films. I liked it
