I see this all the time at work. I am sure her attorney's will motion to quash which won't allow him access to the records. I hope that happens for her.

Poor Twigs... even if I didn't like her and her music, I would be incensed with Shia. I hope he d*es before the trial even happens so he can't put her through anything.

At best, it's a fishing expedition for things to either undermine her claims of damage or allow him to discredit her based on mental health situations.

At worst, it's an attempt to get her to back down for fear of embarrassment/privacy violation.

Either way, fuck him.
