I like how they're having the equivalent of a shock collar if they interrupt the other person.

Interrupting is a pet peeve of mine so I wish they would do this more often in life in general (Congress, work meetings, etc). It's just so rude and 99% of the time, there are zero consequences for being an inconsiderate asshole who constantly interrupts people.
