I've been rewatching Lost and I don't know how much longer her character could have held on tbh lol. With the new characters they would introduce every season, I just don't see her having flashbacks in season 3 for example, because they had Juliet, Ben, and Desmond episodes (although they could have cut the weird tattoo episode for Jack) and I doubt she would have been made one of the Oceanic 6.

i loved shannon. sayid's devastation over her death gets me every time. it sucks that we finally found out what happened to her (boone's mom keeping all of her dad's money) on the same episode they killed her off

I was a Shannon fan too. The character was an archetype that I've seen in a lot of stuff, but LOST gave her so much depth. I also loved her and Sayid's romance.
